What It’s REALLY Like Being a 23-Year-Old Professional Golfer on Tour with Darcey Harry

Last week, Spill the Tee! had the incredible opportunity to record a LIVE podcast episode at the AIG Women’s Open! ⛳️

Honestly… having never hosted a live episode before, it was a pretty daunting experience! But stepping out of my comfort zone and getting to do it at one of the biggest events in women’s golf made it an unforgettable experience.

For this episode, I’m joined by the incredibly talented Darcey Harry, who made her debut on tour in 2025 and had an unforgettable first Women’s Open at her home course, Royal Porthcawl.

Darcey opens up about what life is really like as a professional golfer on tour at just 23 years old. From the incredible highs and successes to the challenges, nerves and realities that come with life on the road.

We also chat about her journey so far, what she’s hoping to achieve this season, how she deals with nerves and pressure, and her advice for the next generation of young golfers hoping to follow in her footsteps.
